How trials, cancellation and refunds work for your Ihjiz subscription. This page is about what you pay us. Deposits and payments you make to a business that uses Ihjiz are governed by that business's own policy, shown to you when you book — see section 4 of the Terms of Service.
In one paragraph: paid plans start with a 14-day free trial and nothing is charged until it ends. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a billing period, except in the cases listed in section 4, and we always refund duplicate or mistaken charges in full.
1.Free plan and trials
- The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. It is limited by staff, locations, services and bookings per month, as shown on the pricing page.
- Pro and Enterprise include a 14-day trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are never charged.
- When the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and the first charge is taken. We remind you by email three days before that happens.
- A trial is available once per business.
2.Cancelling
- Cancel any time from Admin & Settings → Billing & Plan, or by emailing support@ihjiz.co from an owner's account.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then moves to the Free plan. Nothing is charged after that.
- Data above the Free plan's limits is kept, read-only, for 90 days so you can export it or upgrade again. After that it is handled as described in the Data Deletion page.
- Cancelling the subscription does not close the account. To delete the account and all data, follow the Data Deletion page.
3.Changing plan
- Upgrading takes effect immediately. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period, prorated by day.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period. No partial refund is issued for the higher plan.
- Switching between monthly and yearly billing takes effect at the next renewal.
4.When we refund
[Proposed default — confirm or change before publishing] We refund a subscription charge in full when:
- You were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, or charged an amount that does not match the plan you chose.
- You ask within 14 days of your first paid charge and the trial was not available to you (for example, because a trial had already been used for that business).
- We removed or materially reduced a feature you rely on and you cancel within 30 days of the change.
- The law of your country gives you a right to a refund that this page does not.
Outside those cases, we do not refund the unused remainder of a billing period. Yearly plans are not refunded pro rata on cancellation.
5.Failed payments
- If a renewal charge fails, we retry over the following 7 days and email you each time.
- After 7 days without a successful payment the account moves to a restricted state: you can sign in, read and export, but cannot create new bookings above the Free plan's limits.
- After 30 days the subscription is cancelled and the account is treated as in section 2.
6.How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through the same payment provider, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different card or account. Where tax was charged, it is refunded with the charge.
7.Payments you take from your customers
Refunds, chargebacks and disputes on payments your customers make to you are yours to decide and fund. The platform records them and, for card payments, submits the refund to your own gateway account. Ihjiz is not the merchant of record and does not hold your customers' funds.
8.Contact
Billing questions and refund requests: support@ihjiz.co, from an owner's or admin's account email, with your business name and the invoice number from Billing & Plan.
